Great and efficient service. Went to local mechanic 3 weeks about ac and still couldn’t get the job done. Came here and 1 day in and out. Friendly, honest; will tell you and actually show you your problem rather than just telling you. Extremely informative. Respectable pricing. Need a mechanic definitely don’t sleep on Gervin.

I had such a great experience at Gervin Tire ! From the moment I walked in, everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. Brandon, took the time to explain everything to me in a way that was clear and informative, without ever making me feel rushed or talked down to. As a woman, going into a repair shop can sometimes feel uncomfortable or intimidating—but that was not the case here at all. They all made me feel completely at ease, respected, and confident in the service I was receiving, which honestly isn’t as common as it should be. Their professionalism, honesty, and overall customer service exceeded my expectations. I truly felt like they cared, not just about the job, but about making sure I had a positive experience. I highly recommend Gervin Tires to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy service!

Came in at 10:30 for an alignment and tire rotation. I called earlier and they told me to bring it in the next morning. I take it in at 10:30 and tell them why I'm there. But to find out I spoke to someone who doesn't speak English so they had me sitting there for no reason until I had to go up to someone else while they keep staring at .e. If they can't speak English .... Never going back again.

"Taking my car to this shop was the worst thing I’ve ever done in my life. They are very rude. When I left there with my car, I noticed there was damage on the left side near the driver’s door. They placed the hydraulic jack in the wrong spot and lifted the car. They dented my car. I called the next day to talk to them about it. They simply said that I was the one who damaged the car and hung up on me. I took the car to a specialist who confirmed their brutal mistake. If I could give a rating below ZERO, I would. Now I’m going to file a complaint with the motor vehicle department and take legal action against the company. If there is no dialogue, there will be justice."
